The big wings looks impressive.

The idea of eyes from the Bionicle eye part which launched in 2015.

It has sharp hook-shaped fixer in front of part.

You might see axle hole as eye, hook shaped fixer as beak.

This is a start point of this MOC.

Small head, big wing, danger claw is its feature. I can fly very high and fast.
